Got Stencils?

You should have arrived here from Tricia's blog.  Her expertly colored images are always a pleasure to behold!  If you jumped into the middle of the hop, go back to the beginning, listed below, so you don't miss any of the projects!

Today I have two samples from the CD.  The first is called Gelato Wipe.  The images are from Stampin Up and are used to keep with my year's mantra of trying to use some stamps that have never seen ink!  There is just something about a black border that really makes your image pop!  It is hard to see in the photo but the words Thank you are popped up with foam tape.



 
The second technique is called Saturated Stencil.  This Dylusions stencil makes me think of Lotus seed pods.  That led me to think of Butterflies....not sure why but it did!  These are from a Tim Holtz set that also had never seen ink.

Wow, I love both of them but the butterfly one is my favorite...don't you just love playing with stencils. I have so many it's awesome to be able to use them.
